Our Customized Employee Engagement program fosters cooperation and leadership through our unique team-based approach. New York Cares creates, develops and executes your projects while working with your staff to help recruit, motivate and communicate with your volunteers. The collaboration between New York Cares and leadership from your company ensures that each project meets critical community needs and reflects your corporate culture and values. Customized Employee Engagement is a benefit extended to corporate sponsors at the $7,500 level or above.

New York Cares’ Corporate Relations team, and select the size, type, location and timing of your project. Your project can target a wide range of issue areas, and our team is trained to advise you on which type of project best meets your company’s particular interests and needs.

COLLABORATE

with New York Cares as we plan a project to match your company’s requirements. In just six to eight weeks, our staff will match you with a Community Partner, design curricula and project schedules; order supplies; organize lunch and transportation; and train your company’s Team Leader on his or her role in the process.
